The Mactan Shangri-La’s business centre is open from 8 AM to 8 PM daily and features rooms and computer workstations for rent. Fax, printing, and typing services are also available (surcharge). The centre is supplemented by a varied choice of larger ballrooms for weddings, meetings and exhibitions.
Business centre: Inside the business centre are two function rooms with a capacity of up to 12 persons (surcharge). Computers, DVD players, and overhead projectors can be rented by the hour or day (surcharge). Other equipment is also available. Contact the business centre for more details.
Internet access: Minimum Internet access in the business centre is 15 minutes PHP175 (USD4) and rates are:

Banquet and conference/function rooms: Located in the main wing of the resort and are available for hire by the hour or by the day. Contact reception for more information.
Other: Several other ballrooms, between 112-224 square metres (1000-1900 square feet) are located in the main wing of the resort. Much larger facilities such as the Rosal Main Ballroom are also available.
Children are well-catered for at the Mactan Shangri-La Resort. Dedicated play areas and playgrounds are complemented with a menu of daily activities supervised by a team of staff.
Childcare/babysitting: Private childcare is available 24 hours a day; reservations are required. Bookings can be made through reception.
